The Intelligent Burn-in System for Next Generation Devices
The Tahoe Burn-in Test System is one of Incal’s 2016 addition to its line of Burn-in Test Equipment. It is a multi-use, multi-application system for burn-in testing of high power and low power devices, digital or mixed signal.

Alpine System features a 4:1 Bulk Power Supplies
The Alpine Burn-in System is mainly used for testing digital IC’s. Every slot provides 96+ drive, 64 monitor channels and 4 power supplies.
This system supports Incal 160 style BIB (Burn-in Board). The standard oven is a 56 slot system, Pre-Screen Stations and many other options are available.
